Write to info@trulyrich.app. If it's about a certificate, include its link or serial number (for example "The Emerald Cut #0042").

My diamond disappeared after changing phones

Purchases belong to your Apple ID. Open Truly Rich on the new device, signed in with the same Apple ID, and tap Restore Purchases. Your certificate and serial number come back with it.

I want a different name on my certificate

Open the stone, tap the share button and edit the name. The change shows up on your public certificate page; the serial number stays the same.

The purchase went through but I have no serial number

The serial is issued online after Apple confirms the purchase. Check your connection and reopen the stone. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

I'd like a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund is granted, the certificate is revoked and its number retired.

Someone used an offensive name on a certificate

Send us the certificate link and we'll review it and remove the name if needed.
